If you are on the lookout for the most delicious and juiciest cuts of meat all over, one of the best choices would be New York Strip Steak. This cut is located as a part of the T-bone steak, or basically the larger part. In the traditional sense, a New York steak should have the bone intact, however the smaller part or the tenderloin and the T-part of the bone is often removed.
